Spring

Although we still have at least a foot of snow on the ground, some people around here think it will be gone by the end of the week. It has been pretty warm and is not supposed to be much below freezing, even at night, this week.

In the yard yesterday, I noticed some bulbs poking their little shoots up through the ground. Spring is coming! I desperately need spring this year. It's a season of hope, of brightness, of light.
