Today while I was putting a few things away in Janet's dresser, I counted her mesh shorts, gym shorts, athletic shorts, whatever you want to call them. (They are not all mesh.) She had 19 in her drawers! That doesn't include anything that was in the laundry basket or anywhere else. When I asked her to guess how many, she guessed 11. When I inquired why in the world she needs 19 pairs of shorts, she said, "Variety, Mom." At least today is closer to shorts wearing weather--42 degrees and sunny. (That's shorts weather in Wisconsin!)

I'm afraid to count the T-shirts. I think she still has some from grade school.
